Google Earth – My NB 25K map

I just installed Google Earth on my laptop because I heard that some runners are using it to measure the distance of their route. Seeing DATC’s comment on the 25K route made me working on my first google earth project – New Balance Power Race 25 K Map! Just click on the image to get a larger view.

Thanks Wilbert! If you don’t mind, I’ll “borrow” your idea. I run at Clark regularly and I’m familiar with the route. I’ll add in some commentary too. It’s a combination of flat and hilly roads. There’s a stretch that is unshaded too. But the best thing is there will hardly be any traffic along those roads.

Sure! That would be helpful to us not familiar with the Clark route. We could also ask Jinoe to post it in

Hey Wilbert. Is there a course map for the 10K? I’m just curious. Thanks and I’ll see you very soon. Thanks for inviting me on Runner+.

Hi Wayne, same route but the turnaround point is somewhere before Clark Expo. I’ll update the map to include the turn arounds for 5K and 10K
